Placement Rota

Student nurses often can't see the ward's e-roster. Placement Rota gives them their own month roster for placement shifts, to share with their ward.

Add shifts once and see the month at a glance: long days, nights and earlies in a familiar roster layout.
Share a read-only link with your practice supervisor or nurse in charge; no account needed to view it.
Invite your practice supervisor and assessor so their shifts sit beside yours on a team roster.
Clearly labelled as student-entered, not the official roster. Free while it's being tested.

LiveFounder and developer

Turns the separate module timetables nursing students receive into one personal timetable for their field, synced to their phone.

Upload PDF, Word or spreadsheet timetables; pick your field (Adult, Child, LD or MH) and groups once.
Sessions for other fields drop out. On one real programme timetable, apparent clashes fell from 116 to 2.
Real clashes are flagged; the timetable syncs to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar and prints as a clean PDF.
A placement hours tracker helps students plan towards the NMC's 2,300 practice hours.
Available in 32 languages; files are read and then deleted.
